Judge Dorow, posponed the sentencing. To listen to Jesse play the victim was truly nauseating. The REAL victim is Lynn Hernan and her true friends, who loved her.

Jessy was trying to control the attorneys through the trial with all the paper rummaging, notes, whispering and using their laptops. it didn’t go her way , now she’s mad and looking for revenge. What better way then to try to get them disbarred. Why say it was one of her attorneys ideas when it was necessarily? She could’ve just written, “Here’s what I want you to do” and then supposedly come up with the tape as “new evidence” for a retrial she fantasizes about having. Like the state said no one has anything to gain doing this BUT JESSY ! I feel for the victim, family and friend’s here to have even more of a delay after these long 5 years they just want it to be over to move on Jessy is such an evil person and wants to control everything.

What a piece of work to be playing games at this point, have been found guilty. It fits with her previous actions of manipulation and ruthless disrespect for others and the law. I hope she goes away without parole. She should be near any other person in the future…..

The position the defense lawyers were put in by this very damaging pre sent aging letter is not an enviable one. To say the least. The letter itself is diabolical. I can say the police should have a pretty good idea of its source. These 2 lawyers worked very hard working to defend the defendant with what the evidence pointing to their client. This is a wicked thing to put these professionals in. They didnt deserve this.

Wasn’t the “friend” incarcerated with her but is now out? Maybe the friend was given some or most of these papers placed within the friends own paperwork/ personal possessions when she was released?

That's what I was wondering. But I guess this chick was in the courtroom watching the trial and the letter appears to be written after the verdict on paper that was used during trial. It's confusing but that's what I gathered

She had a trial run on herself and blamed it on been spiked in a nightclub when she went to hospital.She must have been testing what dosage would be needed to kill Lynn.

Fascinating, although it was not revealed exactly what the thirty-seven-page document was all about. Meanwhile Judge Dorow, smart, thorough, detailed, to the point but fair, as always. And let's not leave out beautiful and impeccably groomed - very easy on the eyes - as always. I am sure I am not alone in looking forward to knowing more about this document and consequences for the defense attorneys. A coincidence, knowing the background of Jessy Kurczewski?
