How about a video on tips for people when talking with someone using AAC (communication devices)? I lost ability to talk for sometime before recent neurosurgery. I used a mounted ioad with AAC software to communicate. People don’t often know how to communicate with someone like this so they do things like guess what you are going to say, talk over your device speaking, don’t give you time to type or keep talking with others around you so by the time you have typed your response they have moved onto something else. It gets so frustrating to the point where I often wouldn’t just give essential one word responses because it was too difficult or frustrating trying to explain to people over and over.

Also, thanks for a great review of this product. I didn’t realise eyetracking could be used in gaming and I never considered it as an option for myself. I’m going to have a serious look into the tobi eyetracker as it sounds like it would be a brilliant addition to my set up.

@@penglingwhisperer3382 It's really disheartening to hear the communication problems you had. A lot of people love to talk and hate silence. That's why you hear the filler " uhm " or " and " while they are thinking of their next words. People really need to slow down in general. But especially with anyone who might not be able to respond as fast as they like to speak. I myself am guilty of this, I've grown up in a family with 5 siblings and whoever was talking the loudest and fastest was the one who actually got heard so everyone talked over each other. My girlfriend grills me all the time for interrupting her out of habit. Thankfully I've actually become cognizant of my problem lol.

Love this content! Would be awesome with a more indepth video on surfing the web. Are there things we webdesigners can do to make sites more accessible to eyetracker users?

Thanks Brad, great review. I have Repetitive Strain Injury so I'd like to use this eyetracker to give my arm a chance to heal. Do you think it would be easy for me to get as good as you? You mentioned you'd been working with it for 6 months? That seems a long time. I can understand that as I've tired a few webcam alternatives and they are not intuitive. Finally, you mentioned they were better than the switches but how bad were the switches?! Cheers Mate,
