Thank you for your comment. You can drive your car anywhere from India to Nepal, but some rule has to be taken. If you go from Siliguri to Kakarvita by your car, then you have to produce your vehicle RC, Insurance, and Driving license to the customs office and get papers, which charge 430/-NC. After those papers have been produced to the Traffic police of Kakarvita, then you will get your Road permit to drive in Nepal, with day-wise charges.
