Yankuba Touray and Edward Singhateh are killer but they also taught me about the on going Trrc. Yankuba Touray said the trrc is not in the Gambian constitution and anything that is not in constitution, is against the rule of law. Singhateh figured out that Essa faal doesn't have right to force him to an extent.

Why does Fall keep referring statements or testimonies as evidence. There is no where in the world with a coherent and well established jurisprudence that this so called evidence of mr fall is admissible as grounds for conviction or even admissible as evidence. I am ashamed that The Gambia could not fine a better and more qualified jurist to represent it. He let Mr Singhateh run rings around him, manhandled him and therefore destroy the basis of the whole enterprise. And you simply minded Gambians better not accused me defending Edward. Because I have no love or respect for the guy. I think he committed all the atrocities he is accused of. That being said, he is well prepared and his intellect is superior to mr falls affectations.

You said the truth. The witness outsmarted the lead counsel. I think lead counsel is sometimes nervous and temperamental as a result don't have a constructive question to pin the witness. Sorry, to say, it looks like the council is not well fit or prepare to lead the sitting or his standard is below the witness. For the witness, I think Gambian deserve to hear the truth and complete story of the events. Since the witness volunteers to testify, he should come out clean and accept his contribution to human rights violations not just accepting collective responsibility.
