I have PCOS and one of the symptoms I really struggle with accepting is excess hair growth. As a woman, it always gives me a bad sense of dysphoria to have this symptom. Hair grows very quickly and it's very thick, and I feel awful about it. I have to work very hard to keep it up to "standard". Hearing your message about beauty and perfection-- I am always believing this for other people. That beauty emanates from within and that physical beauty is so uniquely subjective anyway. It is easy to treat others with kindness, but so hard to show myself the same compassion. Thank you for being the person that tells /me/ these lovely things and to remind me of words I might say to someone else. Much love.

Sometimes we all could use a little life advice like that...we dont love someone bc their eyebrows are symmetrical its the way they make us feel which makes us appreciate their outter beauty more.
