With the villager curing change, raid farms are going to be much more effective. Also librarians and cartographers are getting changed. Librarians are getting changed with their trades offering the best books at the master level. The biome will determine this. It will make want to explore your world more. Cartographers are getting a new trade. They can sell maps to a village in a different biome. It will be useful for getting all types of god tier books.

Another thing that is currently in the experiment stage that will be added fully later is rebalanced trading. It makes it to where the wandering traders can now buy certain items, which gives you the ability to get emeralds even if you're not near a village or stony biome. It also makes librarians biome specific to sell certain books, it's no longer luck based, for instance mending can only be purchased from a swamp librarian.

The great thing about moss is that you can basically mine with it if you have like 1 moss block, 1 bone meal and 1 composter, Place down your moss block, bone meal that moss block collect all the new moss and then compost all but 1 of it which should give you at least 1 bonemeal back. It's also good because ores can't turn into moss so it doesn't remove them. If done right this should be quicker than mining with a stone pickaxe or maybe even iron.
