Mam in marrow videos ...u have told that most sensitive test for HCQ .. toxicity is - Multifocal ERG .. and sit of change is retinal pigmented epithelium ....we need to change in notes

Most sensitive is mfERG only. However, feasibility/practical issues are there with doing ERG!! You seem to have understood it as points for MCQ purpose! pls understand the concept!!! There are changes everywhere!!! RPE is a single layer. how will it be thinned out? Think na!! RPE atrophy , sure, does occur.
