It’s not the longest express way in Africa. Lagos- Kano is the longest in Africa over 980 kilometers-It’s been built on segment. Lagos-Ibadan-Oyo is done (190km), segment from Lokoja to Kano 580 km is almost complete. The outstanding segment from Oyo to lokoja is underway. There’s also Kano-Maiduguri about 540km is almost completed as well.

Hi Dolphine! The next mega project to launch sooner should be the rironi to mau Sammit dual carriageway! The Africa development bank has already approved the $150 million for the project and so should be launched very soon! The Nairobi to Mombasa Express way is also highly anticipated but have the funds been secured yet?

How I wish this road would be a 3 /4 by 3/4 Lane and would be from mombasa to malaba the uganda and kenya border through nairobi,then at the border they would fix a good court with police border& police station and a truck clearance separated from buses and cars clearance,then the bus stage should not be along the road so as to make the road clean and free flow without interruption from matatus as seen in thika road

US will not construct the road. They will engage you in endless negotiations and renegotiations. Give it to the Chinese, China Roads and Bridge. They have shown capability of constructing a good road in the past. These days, America and Europe have a problem doing Projects in Africa.

China is like pawnbroker. They give you easily money and projects, but in exchange they economically enslave countries, later politically too. And it is not only in Africa. Chinese are doing the same in any poor country in Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, etc. I know the US has much beraucracy, but it is a safer investment.

Will it be a free road or a toll one? I thought it'll be completely separate from the existing Nrb-Msa highway until you mentioned the new express way will join the old one at some point.

Do a video about Tall rise buildings in common residential areas like Roysambu, Kayole, Zimmerman, Utawala, Donholm etc. I saw a Nigerian KZbinr saying that Kenyans live in Skyscrapers😂. She said in Nigeria they don't have many tall buildings but in Kenya it's very common to see skyscrapers/tall buildings (Common residential and office buildings) almost everywhere
@dolphine2542 жыл бұрын
Thanks 🙏🏾
@moham.2792 жыл бұрын
It’s true Nigerians don’t have high rise buildings a lot. We like individual privacy hence most of our buildings are stand alone. There are high rise buildings in Lagos but are scattered all over but unlike Nairobi which is concentrated within the same area. Abuja was planned to have the tallest building height of 25 floors max. I’m a Nigerian by the way…

Kenya should rethink on further mega infrastructure projects which can exacerbate the country's sovereign debt to outside stakeholders. Here they just upgrade the road infrastructurs to one or two extra lanes.

Good ! I hope they put some thought into the pedestrian routes . In my opinion any foot paths should kept well away from ALL motorways. Service stations and bus stops should also be branched of the highway Please!! Otherwise these best laid plans will not look good . or work well...traffic stopping randomly this will be followed by the slow build up of this and that. please lets stop living on the motorway , I think we have enough space to have world class infrastructure. Above all for safety sake ❤❤
