I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

this was a great format and easy to follow. I'm 72 years old so I kept up but didn't quite do it exactly like you but got my heart rate up and burned some active zone minutes

Thank you! I've done your Bosu workout 3 times. I now put my loud music on and just follow along with the video (I listened carefully the first time). It's the best Bosu workout I have found. The other ones feature girls with long pony tails telling me how great I'm doing. Your's is real and long enough to be a decent workout.

This workout is suitable for those 65yrs+, and with knee & hip injuries. Plenty of modifications and still a thorough workout.

I just started using my Bosu Ball again. Originally bought because I broke my ankle then it collected dust. I must say when I googled workouts I saw one and it was pretty boring, I could do better. Then I found your workout and I am so impressed! I never sweat and you make me sweat!! Thank you!! Great workout I will follow! Looking forward to more workouts that work!!

This is oddly calming and relaxing, though I know from just watching how hard some moves are. Great explanations. To the point and nothing frivolous. I’m new to Bosu and never knew what to do with it. Will play this video to my gym next time and follow through!
