Summary of Tips. 1. Decide face or eyes first depending on fallout potential 2. Use clean brushes 3. Always use eyeshadow primer or non creasing concealer as a base 4. Set primer with flesh tone powder 5. Use a medium or lighter colored first transition shade applied with a flexible soft bristles brush. if brush too stiff or too dense it will not blend 6. apply color at outer edge and sweep inwards 7. use 2-3 transition shades, using gradually smaller brushes, working towards tapered blending brushes 8. avoid shimmers in crease 9. tap excess to minimize fallout 10. blend hold brush at middle to end, I.e. hold with a light hand 11. use a clean brush to blend or add back extra of transition shades 1 & 2 12. use a flat packer brush for the lid 13. use 2 colors on the lower lashline to avoid raccoon eyes 14. apply inner corner highlight with a detail brush 15. avoid excess brow highlight 16. use peach or nude waterline as opposed to white waterline 17. if using black stay directly in the waterline, do not drag down 18. use felt tip or liquid liner or gel pot for wings over eyeshadow. pencil wings work only on bare lids 19. use falsh lashes if at all possible. if not use a really good mascara.

More “Do’s and Don’ts” Please! I still struggle with some parts of my makeup application! Like applying highlighter on my cheekbones, or I thought that’s where I’m supposed to apply it. But I have noticed that some of my favorite influencers are applying highlighter from cheekbones down to the apple of their cheeks (hint hint) lol. Unfortunately I do not have cheek apples, I have cheek grapefruits! Lol. So most of the time I’m not happy with my highlighter.

I cant do none of that you just did. I love it on you. Both sides actually depending on the look your were going for. For me I'm like light and simple just a little gloss and a glow type of thing. I get great compliments on my make up look so if it ain't broke dont fix it. Maybe of I was younger without children grands a husband to look after I would have time to practice. However at my age I dont wanna look like I'm trying to hard to stay young. 46 years is a life long blessing for me. I'm still alive after all I've been through and I still look young and beautiful with or without make up. Most of you ladies have wonderful tips tricks and make up talent, God bless yall little hearts and thanks for sharing your gift with the world.
