Give Me Glow is still around; in fact, they just launched 3 new palettes, including a 12 pan extension of Juicy Olive. The other 2 are an extended Pastel Dreams & a neutral 12 pan, along with some lip & cheek products recently. I ordered the 3 palettes, and they should arrive tomorrow! The blush duos are screaming to me, but I’m holding out for a bit…

@ To be fair, I was wondering about Give Me Glow for a while, since they hadn’t released any eyeshadow palettes in a while… I was thinking maybe they were either on the verge of closing at one point, then they released a full spectrum of nude lip products & some cheek duos… From what I’ve heard, they did change the formula of their eyeshadows, although the site said they’re still the same…

​@GlitterFallout I was coming to say the same thing! Lol I actually just got the revamped 12 pan Juicy Palette (as well as the revamped Pastel Dreams). They are both really good, though Juicy olive is too repetitive with the mattes...they could have done so much more!

@ My palettes just came yesterday, and I absolutely agree… Honestly, just looking at the revamped version without comparing both side by side, I can’t even begin to tell which are the new shades… That said, I have no regrets picking it up, and will likely pass along the older one (although I may keep it in order to customize my older palettes)… The neutral Teddy Bear palette is absolutely stunning, though, if you like neutrals!

Your love of makeup is always so refreshing! And it reminds me of why I love my palettes too. So many creators are just decluttering and being so cut-throat, but it’s nice to be reminded that hey, even though these palettes are old they can still be loved ❤

These palette declutters...I both love and hate them! They inspire me to play...❤ And I want to cry over the palettes I either missed out on, or I let my granddaughter have. Plus, it's ridiculous to buy too many palettes while my health is so bad rn. But YOU, I love all the time!!!! 😘

My health is bad due to cancer. I feel guilty buying anything for myself. I go back and forth between I deserve it, and I'm taking money my family may need if Im not around anymore. It's been a struggle. I did buy abh sugar palette with ulta points for $9 & that's all I could justify spending.

Loved seeing your collection! Melt 420 is very underrated. I actually keep a few palettes out on my desk because I am fair and sometimes need a lighter shade or something extra. 420 is one of those palettes.

35:50 I agree about the Garden Busters palette. That being said, I didn't realize until now (with all of them side by side) that it's basically a mashup of shades from Angelica's Halloween palettes. 😳 The matte green seems the most different, and it was hard to tell about the brown (since I'm not super familiar with any of them in person), but the blue, yellow, orange, even some of the other shades, looked lifted straight from her palettes, or like they were iterations where they maybe changed the tone ever so slightly. 😄

OK, my Melt collection is huge. 🤣😅 I have the stacks: Baby Girl, She's in Parties, Shape Shift, Haze, and Blueprint. Palette wise - all of them EXCEPT the zodiac ones. 😅 Radioactive, Brunet, Millennial Pinx, Dark Matter, Rust, Gemini I & II, both Beetlejuice palettes, She's in Parties, Blueprint, both A Nightmare Before Christmas palettes, and the new Universal Monsters collection *my quad came broken and they said I could have any palette except the new Bailey one* I got the warm browns mini stack! Both Smoke Sessions. Mariposa. 😅 my shelf is Melt heavy. I love the 420 palette. It takes a little patience, but it's lovely. I have the 1st Bailey Sarian x Melt collab, too. Bella Beaute Bar Strange and Unusual palette is a great Beetlejuice release, so is the Unearthly So Strange. I just decluttered 60+ palettes from my collection. Got rid of nearly all my ColourPlop palettes minus 10! It is wild. Curated my whole collection down to my tastes and joy!

I love watching other people declutter.. I have the ND Sunrise palette, and I am beyond happy I purchased it for a discount (sale). I did declutter my Scooby palettes, but kept my Elm Street palette from Glamlite.. right now my Makayla # 1 is being kept, but I am not sure how long that will continue to be the case (I declutter quarterly). I also kept the Resurgence palette (all my Unearthly palettes, though the OG Fall Magic is on the chopping block). Give Me Glow is very much still open, though JD Glow and Coloured Raine closed. I am keeping all my GMG palettes. Adept is so expensive IMHO, and it's been so hard to use the palettes I have because I'm afraid of breaking anything - I love the Heather Austin palette.

I love the By Us palette - it's quirky and full of quack 😂 The chaos on the packaging and the colour story goes hand in hand. I need to look at more quality and colour payoff review,and if it's good,I'll get it. As for Nomad : 1. Japan, 2. NZ and 3. Ireland is on my to buy list next year. Was on a NO BUY 2024 and extreme declutter this past 3 years and I am ok to bring things in that I am a very interested in.

I think Melt eyeshadow palettes look so gorgeous, but I have been afraid to purchase much from them due to all the hype about their eyeshadows going moldy. What is your opinion on that? Obviously, you have not had a problem with it, but do you think there’s truth to it or did someone just get mad and make it up or blow it out of proportion?

I did have one pan in one palette go bad on me. And it apparently was that one specific shadow that had inconsistencies for several people sadly. But I never had that problem prior to or since that.

@@GlitterFallout maybe if there was a true, actual issue they’ve resolved it now! I did get both of the universal monsters palettes. That Peach in the quad is especially amazing, and every single one of the colors in the Frankenstein palette is incredibly gorgeous! I was dying for the first Bailey palette, and that second one is fantastic too, so maybe I need to give them a chance!

Have/would you considered rehoming the shadows from the crushed velvet palettes into a generic magnetic palette to avoid touching them? I can't image that you would want to use the colours often if you keep them in the original packaging Edit: I keep all my outer packaging, but in a box, case if I kept the palettes in them I would end up damaging them

420 is my favorite palette of all times. OMg the perfect green palette for me. Shes my number 1 by far But i do agree that melt formula is triky So if you have time to play it could be really fun. I own the yucca palette and i like ND formula but thats my least favorite palete from ND because of how boring is play with it in comparison with my 420 from melts. I Just can't get enough of they're rotten neutrals with a disgusting undertone shadow. They're so fun! ..... right??
