It was never a coincident for this guy to appear at the accident scene. He was meant to be there and exactly that happened. Perhaps one of the first simple things, at least for the family would be to have an autopsy by a party of their own choice to get an accurate account and move on from there. Don't know what came of that it was just a thought. "Car Accident" assassination attempts are highly unreliable, and especially for modern vehicles with a lot of defense countermeasures to defeat a lot of gotchas.
