According to Olive Tree Ministries, 90 percent of churches here in the USA did not mention or pray for what happened in Israel. I have attended an Assemblies of God fellowship since the 1980s and I thought the denomination was pro-Israel. On the first Sunday after the attack nothing was mentioned and to this day no prayers for this horrific tragedy.

And these people believe in a God, believe each human life is scared, that it is a sin to murder another, that all human life including those of Hamas, who unfortunately are a product of brainwashing by power hungry and greedy leaders who get their own people under their spell in order to carry out their horrible deeds. I am not a follower of any religion, for me personally, I see a lot of good from religion, but I have also seen a lot of bad. I choose to believe in my own faith, I believe there is a higher power, a God and I pray. I pray for the innocent Palestinian children who are traumatised, who have lost their lives, innocent Palestinian Civilians, Hamas fighters who have unfortunately become products of the lies they have been taught since the moment they were born, I pray that one day, they can see the truth. I pray for healing of these Israeli’s and others people from around the world who where caught up in this horrible, horrible situation on this day. My heart broke as I saw this unfold, when I have heard stories of young people in bomb shelters have grenades and bullets thrown on top of them, those who ran for their lives, waiting for that bullet to enter their bodies, all of those families that burned and were tortured… it makes me totally sick to my stomach to think that human beings can do this to one another, that there is so much hate and aggression in this world. I can honestly say that I do not hate anyone, I could never hurt anyone, unless I had to protect my children Of course. I pray for all who are still grieving and traumatised, the release of hostages and pray that those alive have strength to carry on until they are freed.
