Good morning. How long are the tall pieces of wood on the lattice? Also, how many hours of direct sunlight do you suggest? I am in San Diego. Thank you so much for your practical and inventive ideas!

Vietnam, perhaps.

Old tyres are very toxic and should not be used for fruit-production! - Instead, a decorational plant would be okay.

Maybe easy to grow in tropical climates
@janemyfoodandflowers77262 ай бұрын
Yes, this is the tropical kind, after fruit is setting, it will need at least 100 days with warm temperature to ripe enough for harvest. In colder climate, you can grow the cold hardy one.

Regular pruning and fertilizing
@abrahamlopez187928 күн бұрын
Try keeping it pruned in its own space and not let it branch out too much. You can also hand pollinate it if you don’t have natural pollinators around or if the plant isn’t semi pollinating itself. This should do the trick I feel. One last thing, don’t fertilize it with too much nitrogen since nitrogen promotes foliage growth rather than flowers for fruits. Look more towards phosphorus and potassium as it encourages fruit growth and flowering. I hope this helps you produce fruits in the coming future. 👍
