Try to not be too hard on yourself. Going from G3 to P1 may not feel like much because tbh, the ranks are just similar and close. I didn't feel really a big change until I got to P2/3 and started getting into mostly diamond lobbies. That's when I saw a difference in how the games were being played by my teams and enemy teams. Plus that's when I noticed that how I played completely changed too lol. I think getting into different lobbies will shift your perspective more than just ranking up, but either way you are improving!
