About the Discrimination part: To most Filipinos 'Tisoy' is actually used as a praise, but it is indeed a form of discrimination, as 'Tisoy is a colloquial term for Mestizo. It is used to describe the people of fairer skin back in the days of colonialism, of having mixed blood of the spaniards. It is clear to see how Filipinos were looked down upon because of their bronze skin color thus the mentality of having fairer skin or white is good. Our Filipino forefather would be so proud and be praised if their descendants and future generation would have fairer color. No one has ever actually seen this problem ever since, not until EZ Mil pointed this out in his song. He explained it in a reaction video with HBOM that he actually felt an outcast for not being moreno enough.

That's 3 languages... Filipino, Ilocano and English. He's pure Filipino, a son of a legendary singer in the Philippines.. white or black here in the philippines are joked around by kids. I also experienced it as well when i was younger, kids would poke and mess with me since im whiter (tisoy like what he said).
