Hi @MrCobolman , I've just reinstalled after a few months away.. Earlier I used to have Ezdok installed on the Box edition of fsx acceleration. Now I use the steam version and I installed the 737ngx and Ezdok but I just can't configure it. I had the same problem when I had Ezdok installed the previous time on FSX box edition but back then i solved it somehow but i just cant remember how. My problem is that i cant move around in the VC, the middle mouse button doesn't work. But i can scroll through all the views, VC, overhead, radiostack and more with the "A" button on my keypad. When i press the different views in EZCA studio it doesnt have that smooth transfer from one view to another it just stays in the same view. I have un-mapped all the keys as you say in this video. I can set a view by pressing the NUM2 key and I hear that ring sound and then i can use the Space+ mouse to move around without it jumping back and press the num2 again to set it. but i wont have any shake effects and middle mouse button still wont work. Im sure you're familiar with the problem or the likes of it as i know there are a lot of threads about it but many of them were made years ago and the "solutions" there either wont work for me or are not relevant. I have 1.18.5 beta of EZCA installed i use a win8 64 and FSX steam edition.. I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not english so my explanation might not be the best, and if you have a solution I would appreciate it a lot. I would also like to give you compliments for all of your videos, and tutorials, they are very detailed and well explained and should be easy to understand for everyone.

Hello, I am using the version 1.1.7 and the same version of the config tool. Ingame, I cant move around at all with middle mouse button or hatswitch of my thrustmaster t.16000m. Why? I deleted FSX keybinds, selected the joystick in ezca but it doesnt work for me. any help? thanks!

when you say trackIR, does that mean that none of the webcam/ps3 eye cams and LED clips will not work with EZDOK??

Another great video, one question do you still need to use the keyboard to get the panning around the VC and zoom in and out? Or can you use the mouse as you demonstrated in the outside view?

Paul Berry Hi Paul - I still use the keyboard for that. I find it easier in the virtual cockpit. The external shots are a whole different ball of wax.

I found the video both useful and informative. One thing that annoys me about EZdok is having to faff around for ages with payware aircraft to get a decent 'default' view. It would be nice if EZdok actually took the default virtual cockpit views from the payware craft configs and used that as it's default initial view for the aircraft in question instead of just outright deleting it and defaulting to usually being off centre and too low or high. It's great once you got it all set up but if you're an idiot like myself who reformatted his HDD and didn't backup the many camera presets he'd made in EZdok and then you have to do it all over again it can be a bit annoying! Rant over, great video as always.

I know im a bit late but my PMDG NGX doesnt work with ezdok when running the config so it wont configure and restores the config files help??

Nice one! Good explanation! Setting up the effects has always been a pain for me lol always a bit too much or too little!

There is a good source for pre made aircraft sets on the ezdok forum which is a good place to start I tend to find the effect I want then save that, set my cam set up and add the effects I want to each one. Sorry I'm not sure if that made any sense I have been up for 24 hours! Work! Urgh!

As far as I am aware, EZdok is not available for free. I would discourage you from getting a copy via torrent or other dubious means. EZdok does provide some camera views for basic FSX aircraft but it's likely that you'd want to create your own. For newer aircraft, and most payware aircraft, there is no choice. You have to create your own.

Very nicely done videos. I've updated my version of EZCam to 1.85 and everything seems to be working fine. I even managed to set up World Cam, however I can't get it to follow the aircraft on take off or the approach. Is there a follow command, is it suppose to be automatic or am I suppose to track the aircraft manually? I have two choices for recording, FRAPS and FS Recorder.
