This may be useful to those who know that they are watchmen. One of the ways that we can perform our duties as watchmen is by watching the attitudes of those in positions of leadership. If they say to you, "I know more than you; therefore I don't need you," that person has gotten into pride and needs to repent. That attitude will prevent that person from hearing essential truths from even the youngest of Christians.

@brittanydavis6685, the Lord will usually speak to the individual through visions and dreams. Most importantly, others will confirm it. The individual will have a burden of the Lord to pray, fast, and consecrate. It is a heavy anonting, but Jesus will always qualify the call, meaning He will give the individual the grace to fulfill the assignment.
