It is not an irregularity. That native doctor must not necessarily be Igbo, he is not the priest. If you listen carefully he said "if the amadioha of your land cannot help you, the gods of my land will help you" this clearly implies that he is not of the same tribe as Ezekudene.

This is basically an Igbo movie. Why is the Native Doctor who bears an Igbo name reciting incantations in Yoruba language?

I did not even know that... I guess you've answered your own question. The Native Doctor can have an Igbo name and Recite incarnation in Yoruba because, this is NOT a documentary and is in fact an artistic expression of West African Nigerian Dramatic Artistic Performances. You know the whole life inspiring art and art expression / reflection of life... Yeah that! #ART #FILM. Thus an Igbo named Native Doctor can in fact recite in Igbo and we the viewing audience can STILL ENJOY the film without attributing factual demands on the artist. NEXT!
