Hi, i know this is out of context but i have lost a Portal URL after resetting the MAG 424w3 to factory settings, anyway of recovering please? And I don't have contact of seller or the iptv provider. Since your mag setup tutorial videos are older, I thought commenting on your new videos would get yout attention. Please help

There is 100 of IPTV providers. Your box is attach to one of them. Once you into the server URL from your provider. Your box will be back up and running. You just need the name.
