Motion detection area is a mess if you pan or tilt the camera. The zone will follow the camera, not set on the original area.

It's automatic from what I've seen, I haven't tried manually adjusting that.

I guess you forgot to mention that this camera is way over priced for the extra lens it has, and the lack of settings like the C8C. This camera can't turn of IR light, can't set different nightmodes, and with no wifi antennas outside it really crappy to connect to a router even from 6 meter away. I got one today and it constantly sets off my PIR lights right next to it, probably from the IR light from the cam. I have a C8C and 3 C3X from Ezviz, but this is the worst crap for this price !

@@mcunningham108 Hello, i got better results with the C8C than the PF version, also tyhe zoom of the PF version is not sharp on every zoom factor, also you can not switch off the IR light on the PF versionn , one of the PIR lights always turned on here outside thanks to the camera, with the C8C no problems so far, kind regards John

Hi, I have just installed the C8W Pro 2K camera. All works fine but my speaker volume seems a bit high when I "Press and talk" and I get a lot of "Feedback" noise and squalling noises. Do you know if there is a configuration option to overcome this problem? Thanks in advance.

Are you close to it when you're activating the press and talk? That would cause all sorts of noises, you need to be far away.
