The easiest way to put balloons in the ceiling without worrying of damaging the paint.
This balloons lasted more than 3 days before I removed it. No marks on the ceiling from the tape.

Packing tape will ruin your ceiling paint when you come to take it off. I don’t know, maybe go with less intense tape like scotch tape? Or invest in helium balloons? The cost of either will be much less than the repair paint job.

People- if you’re worried about the tape she used effecting the paint on your ceiling the solution is quite simple- use a different tape!! Geesh. Such negative comments from people who haven’t even tried this.

About 3 inches will do. It will good adhesive and easy to remove from the ceiling.

Please don't use packing tape but instead use painters tape. Otherwise you will destroy your ceiling paint when taking these down.

I used the white double sided tape from Walmart and believe it did the job VERY WELL...to the point the tape was left on the ceiling and balloons popped when trying to get them off so...just wanted to throw that out there. Very simple and great way to decor but I would just prepare on of those sprays that remove tapes and stuff
