Why does it make that wheezing sound

I believe it's caused by air hitting holes on the fuselage of the plane. It's like what happens when you blow into an empty coke bottle.

@@nakoete8521 That's more of a P-51 type of deal, with it's gun ports. Here, it actually has to do with the the design of the engine nozzle. The inner sections of the nozzle has multiple small windows encircling it. The exhaust then displaces through these windows which causes them to vibrate, thus making the whistling sound.
