what if I want to look back of the aircraft like 170° or 180° how it will translate my head movement into dcs, I'm going to purchase this tracker & this is the only thing I'm not sure about.

You have to use your eyes and not everyone can get used to that or prefers it. You can look 180° behind you with Tobii Eye Tracker 5 that isn't a problem, almost without moving your head. The head just speeds it up but you don't need to turn your head to look 180° behind you.
