Blackpool supporter here, I must say what a great following you all are, the best away support we've seen at Bloomfield Rd for many a year, and the back and forth banter between your fans and ours was great, sometimes hilarious, we know what you all have been through, having been through similar, especially with the EFL, hence our loud chants of ##### the EFL in Unison with you all -- when we were going through similar grief with our previous owners, we got real support from you all, at Bloomfield Rd and at your ground, where you all gave our odious owners massive grief, while they were sat in your stands, while watching you all I really got a feeling that all that happened to your club was truly in the past, and that the great show of togetherness and passion, in our ground was the start of your great fightback, and your song next year will be - JUMP AROUND IF YOU ARE GOING UP - and I think you will! - all the best!!! .

Born in Derby, lived in and around Blackpool since 1969 when I was 8. The Pool are my local team and I've been on Bloomfield road more than any other ground. Derby are my team but I couldn't get tickets for the scratching shed away stand, so I was in south stand as I have been a few times this season. Saturday was a pretty special day for a lot of people. I think your video hit the spot Lee, its great to see it and listen to your complimentary words. Two sets of proper fans. with a common history, it was one of the best atmospheres I have ever seen at a game, truly remarkable and as a supporter of Derby first and Blackpool second it was especially moving, I could feel a lump in my throat at the end.

Yes it was something that probably only comes around once in a lifetime but if there's anywhere to have a party then Blackpool is pretty hard to beat. It's an amazing video it's almost hard to believe what you are watching. The world of football needs to see this and I hope it gets shared and shared and shown and more and more football fans get the nessage and the frickin penny drops on so many blind people (but hey that's just a dream I only follow little old Blackpool we only have 5K subs)

I'm a Derby county fan, it was a pleasure to be at the game yesterday. I love Blackpool always been my second favourite team since I was a kid I'm now 60 lol. I've now subscribed to your channel. Blackpool made us feel so welcome, and has you have said we both have been treated dreadful by the EFL. It was a fantastic weekend!! It made it feel a lot better driving back down the M6. Its funny ,but earlier in the season when Blackpool got 4 put past them by Forest . I took a real dislike to some of the Forest fans because of the way they talked about Blackpool being a club they expected to thrash . Hadn't took much notice of them before their win. Now I know Derby were aloud an extra 1,000 fans and I know its a bank holiday ,so people are generally happier . What a difference between the two sets of fans . Those fans were brilliant , friendly and funny and I have now found that I want Derby to have as much success as to see Forest fail so badly. GOOD LUCK DERBY.

Yep that sums it up quite perfectly but the truth is not every Forest fan is like that and not every Derby fan is golden but we are all football fans we all follow our clubs through years of endless dross and we stick with them because they wind through the fabric our lives, we have treasured memories with our dad's and children that make the whole journey worth every minute of the pain we go through. But no matter how football fans are portrayed the majority of us are fantastic people and this video shows exactly that and it is true that Football is nothing without the fans and there is so much greed chasing the money that never comes that the people that support their team suffer the most when the greed of those at the top destroy what we love I hope this video does something to show people what our football means to us and how Blackpool fans stood together in Derbys grief as they stood by us when we were going though all the sh1te in the world with the club that we Love was being destroyed by our owners and they were suing our friends and family for saying it as it was on messageboards that they were thieves! For me more than the money that they were judged to have illegally misappropriated the thing they had stolen was my dreams and my hopes and I had to walk away from my life long LOVE, the thing I had done with my dad, a father son journey that meant everything and we luckily got to see us reach the Premier League after 30 odd years of going together and he lived to see the whole year together with me. Football has been the most wonderful journey of my life, I love Blackpool football club so much and I am proud of what our fans show you in this video. We are amazing and we WON and beat those scumbags the Oystons I hope Derby get theirs back.

Thanks for sharing as i was away and couldn't make the game, being able to watch our fans get behind the team and hear the Blackpool fans joining in was emotional. I am so proud to be a Derby fan, and if football knew exactly what the EFL have tried to do to our club over the past 2 years they would be disgusted. Many think this was a simple 21 point deduction but is has been a complete witch hunt from the start. But we are Derby County and we will be back, stronger and more determined. I'm glad I was in hospitality as a guest to be in the perfect position to show how glorious this was. The whole thing was beyond words and will live with those of us there to witness it forever. You did yourself proud and we were right behind you, the result meant nothing this was beyond football and my wish is that this video goes bigger than anything I have ever done and the frickin football world gets to see it. Let everyone know that this is what football is all about no matter what shit we go through we love our clubs and how people can come in and destroy something that our great great grandfathers started that has been handed down from father to son, that means everything to us and our communities and we the fans just get thrown under the bus! Great video Lee and a big thankyou to all your great fans for their great support. I truly hope this video is seen around the country and in particular by the EFL as it demonstrate the passion fans have for their clubs and how much it means to them, a fact that eludes the EFL completely. There is a great affinity between our two clubs and long may that continue. I spent the weekend in Blackpool and have to say after over 50 years of supporting the Rams the whole experience rates right up there as one of the best ever. Derby fan myself, started going in 85, weirdly my first ever non Derby game was Blackpool v Chester, dad took me when we were on holiday. Being a goalkeeper, the Chester keeper that day was amazing. A great club with great fans, thank you for your solidarity.

And the answer is it took Blackpool 40 years to get back to the 1st division (Premier League) and for about 30 of those years the club was owned by the scumbag Oystons with their promises and their lies! And during those years we lost mums, dad's and grandparents who never got to see that glorious day at Wembley when we finally did it! And we sing for our parents and our grandparents list during those times and we now also sing for the people that died during the 5 year boycott who never got to see us beat the motherf#ckers!! and get our club back! It’s important that the word continues to be spread, too many clubs have been let down by the EFL and their disgusting owners. The likes of Leeds (my club), Portsmouth, Coventry, Blackpool, Bolton, Bury and Derby have been mismanaged woefully and the EFL watch the fire burn. Terrible support of the clubs that need it most to keep the English game going.

Absolutely crazy how football works at the moment. 21 point deduction?! Why punish the fans and the players for the owners issue? Bizarre punishment. Instead of point deductions, they should be forced to give a proportion of their shares to the fans. Gradually move us towards the minimum 50%+1 they have in the Bundesliga. Tell you what it'd be a lot more bloody effective at stopping bad practices too - take their assets off them. It's what got the Oystons in the end after all! This is exactly what fitba is all about: support of your local team no matter how good, bad or absolute pish that they are. Following the jersey, crest, team and club is infinitely more meaningful as a group than idolising any one player or players. Players come and go : those who bust a gut, acknowledge the fans are more worthy of adulation than some premier league senoritas. Sadly, poor owners and bad choices of managers create bottle necks: misappropriation of funds, isolating loyal directors/ fans and poor choices of managers who invariably buy players who struggle to play to a system (e.g. Jari Litmanen at Ajax - a god: at Liverpool - a donkey). This video demonstrates how fans not only recognise pish poor owners but can unite to transcend allegiances and give support to a rival. The immense DCFC traveling support must send a shiver down the current owner's spine: they attended not in spite of him but despite him still holding the reins. Good video: 11 out of 10 for effort and showing the hard core support by the football community as a whole.
