You are really amazing, cooking all sorts of chinese dishes and now making Chinese wine. My mom made chinese wine too, mainly for my sisters' and sisters-in-law's confinement. One of my sil loves it so much she even eats the wine dregs as a dessert. The other day you made shao mai 烧卖, I was surprised to see glutinous rice in it. Then I realise it is 东北 version because 广东 version is very different. 😂 But it looks good. I would like to try one day when I am in China.
