I'm going to be Bright's huge supporter , I feel like he spoke for all those "Bl" actors, bright like many other actors who acted in a Bl series want to be actors who can act many roles, just like any other professional actors do. They take whatever role, sexuality never mattered, and it's all about developing skills, there's more in acting other than bl and rom coms those actors deserve to do more than that. This reminds me of the role Bright played on Social Death Vote. There's a clip on KZbin which got popular from that series cz Bright's kissing a girl and after 2gether aired that clip used to get a lot of negative comments saying how fans disliked seeing him in a straight role. I commented on the same video about the delulu fans cz the comments were so childish it triggered me so much. It shows how irrational some fans are. Most of them don't know to separate facts from fiction. Just cz we ship 2 characters of a series doesn't mean it applies to real life too. I'm sad for most of these celebs, especially BL actors, cz once they play a BL role it seems like they get sucked in to this clown world of extreme fans. They break up with their partners, they switch off their true selves and play pretend. It.is.so.unfair. The more popular their BL character is the lesser their opinion matters. This has got to stop. I'm happy Bright's taking a stand and showing it through something he loves to do. It adds more value to the message. I'd definitely support him on F4 and any other role he takes on. We often see he doesn't do certain things that he's told to just because he doesn't think it's good to show in certain programe. I'm sad that some people think Bright is living in a lie because his condition now is different from what they expect it to be due to his popularity. Bright has a strong characteristic. He does what he feels right based of many considerations (we can assume this from how he delivers his thought in a certain programe) including in a relationship. Many ppl say that he broke up because of fans's pressure, who knows that they have other problems that we don't know related to characters. I'm sad when people think what he's doing is only fan service. Can they see that he's better now from his expresion everytime he's on a show? He's happier, having more laugh then before. He's tottally different. He's softer and funnier. If they cannot recognize this and thinking what he's doing is just a lie to entertain the fans just because they think what Bright's doing doesnt fulfill his expectation about REAL LIFE, what's difference between them and those delulu fans that they point to? They also cannot accept the reality which is different from their expectation. How could they say that they are Bright's Fans if they DOUBT him? I know that there are actors who does fanservice to entertain the fans as if it's their real life, but it doesn't mean ALL ACTORS do that, right? I like the recent Bright because he looks so happy and smile a lot. I love seeing the person that i love happy, that's it.

We should respect and support Bright as an individual and a human too. He is an actor/singer/entertainer. He is free to broaden his potentials. The amount of hate he garners just from interacting with a female co-actress for any other project, from his own supposed fandom, is astounding. So no, he shouldn't be seen as a bl actor, a half of a ship, but as an individual first. An individual, an artist, who is as comfortable with straight dramas as lgbtq dramas and an ally. I disagree with what you said. In my opinion, the song is about Bright and Nnevvy's past on-and-off relationship. They fell in love and broke up many times because of their mismatch personalities. When Bright accepted the role on 2gether the series, they had broke up, but Bright hadn't forgot about her and their relationship, which explained his very sad mood on fancams before the series started. Then Bright acted on 2gether the series and became famous, so Nnevvy came back to him again (what a gold digger). But then the scandal happened and they fought, and broke up for good. About Brightwin, we shouldn't speculate what their relationship is, be it friends, soulmate or lovers. Because only they know the truth, not us who only meet them through the screen.
