肥媽 Maria Cordero KZbin - September 29, 2020 Recipe English Version BBQ Fish Ingredients: 1 whole fish - (clean, pat dry, and score lines on both sides) Vegetable ingredients: Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Yellow bell pepper Onion Shallots Garlics - (unpeel and cut into halves crosswise) Tomatoes Celery Seasoning ingredients: Olive oil Garlic salt Black pepper Limes or lemons Methods: 1. Cut all the vegetables into chunks. 2. On an aluminum foil paper (with the shiny side facing you), add in garlic chunks, onion chunks, a bit of the vegetables, and put the whole fish on top. This will prevent the fish from sticking to the bottom of the tray when barbequing or baking. 3. Add the remaining vegetables chunks on top of the fish and season well with olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, and add in pieces of lime. Cover and wrap securely with more aluminum foil paper and ready for the barbeque. You can use the oven to bake by using an aluminum tray and cover the top with aluminum foil paper. Wrapping the fish is not necessary.
