Everyone has their own life experience and life style. You don’t have a right to judge other’s life even you are a boss or host. Those bosses and host were rude to the first girl and last candidate

The Hong Kong boy presented so well and he is such a solid candidate with excellent soft skills and good education background. He will be a great asset for a company. So disappointed with the bosses who did not value the soft skills and have all the focus to be put on the hard skills which can definitely be trained later at work. They also do not realise how hard it could be for a Hong Kong boy to learn to speak in Mandarin. I don't think any of them can speak Cantonese as good as the candidate. They commented about the logical weakness of the candidate, I strongly disagree. It is all about the culture differences. And they totally ignore the promotion of dog adoption part. Hopefully they are representing only a small part of Chinese employers. Also we don't tend to focus on people's shortfalls, we rather consider it as weaknesses. But when people turns to a mature age, it is better to focus on growing their strengths, rather than focusing on one's weaknesses. These bosses need some training in people strategies.
