抱歉说句实话，第二个个人问题很大，跟家庭有关但不是决定性因素。一心只想走捷径，好高骛远，不学无术，同时却觉得自己有想法有计划。创业项目选择也是肤浅，眼里只有短期内的“成功”与钱。缺的不是资金，缺的是眼界跟脑子。他要的“成功”基本不可能，毕竟有些观念十几岁后便根深蒂固，只希望之后能安分守己地做事情，别因无知或浮躁走了弯路，在我看来便已是个人的成功。如果可以，读几本商人自传，会慢慢察觉”沉淀“这概念不适用于当下的处境。
