Thanks very much for your video. I just gof one ANOVA as the old Cuisinart broken down. I am an retired oldie not very handful to playaround the APP I am still in the try and error stage to play with this. Chinese do a lot of steaming for the meal pre appreciated if you would show us how to prepare 蒸水蛋4 隻 to perfection also how to prepare 蒸焗鹽焗雞,蒸魚,蒸鼓计排骨etc etc. Greatly appreciated your help. congratulations on teh new toy, I have been playing with this for two years. Teh anova stick before that for 12 months, to learn what sous vide is like. as of now, still experimenting...... bests, base on my trials, steaks, albalone (dehydated expensive ones), live fish, varies type of breads, of course. I had given the airfyer, microwave away since then. Hardly using the oven anymore. considering to replace the oven with another that has similar functions. the perfolrated tray is very convenient, when I bought mine, I had to get a friend to drill holes foe me........

instead of buying the perforated tray, quite $$$$$, drilled my own, got an extra one due to replacement.....
