no, this is only level 9+, there are two level 10 songs in the game. Even amongst all 9+ songs the last 9+ song of this pack "world vanquisher" actually tops the others and became the new hardest 9+ song now (almost level 10 level).

Among all three new songs, i'd say Ikazuchi the easiest (it's closer to 9), garakuta is an ideal 9+, while world vanquisher is hardest song in the game right now (even more difficult than lvl 10 IMO)
