冬菜蒸鯇魚
材料:
鯇魚腩一個
冬菜適量
薑一小舊
辣椒仔一隻
處理:
1. 鯇魚腩,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 冬菜,清水浸3分鐘,去除鹹味。
3. 鯇魚腩,在最厚肉的位置切一刀。
4. 薑,去皮。
5. 辣椒仔,打直一開二,去籽。
6. 冬菜已浸好,清水沖乾淨,揸乾水,放碗內。
7. 辣椒,切粒,放冬菜內。
8. 薑,去皮,切絲,放冬菜內。
9. 冬菜、薑和辣椒仔撈勻,鋪在魚上。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾一鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚腩10分鐘。
3. 魚蒸好,熄火。
4. 另一邊,大火在鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。
5. 蔥花,放在魚上面。
6. 油已燒熱,灒在魚上。
7. 倒去碟中水分。
8. 在魚的兩邊,加入適量的生抽。
9. 完成,可享用。
Steamed grass carp with preserved vegetables
Ingredients:
Grass carp belly 1 No.
Preserved vegetables appropriate amount
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Chili 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Grass carp belly, rinse with tap water. Drain.
2. Preserved vegetables, soak in tap water for 3 minutes in order to remove salty tastes.
3. Grass carp belly, make a cut on the thickest area of it.
4. Ginger, get it peeled.
5. Chili, divide it into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds.
6. Preserved vegetables has been soaked well, rinse thoroughly. Squeeze it. Put in a bowl.
7. Chili, get it diced. Put in the preserved vegetables.
8. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded. Put in the preserved vegetables.
9. Preserved vegetables, ginger, chili, mix well. Put on top of the grass carp.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the belly at high flame for 10 minutes.
3. The carp has been steamed well, turn off fire.
4. On the other side, heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in a wok.
5. Put green onion cube on top of the fish.
6. Pour hot oil on the fish belly.
7. Pour away water on plate.
8. Pour appropriate amount of light soya sauce on both sides of belly.
9. Complete. Serve.
Most of people buy food for dinner after work. $25 for steamed fish. Five minutes are needed. Fish meat is tender and yummy.
