Stop dreaming about going back home. I have been living in Canada for 40 years. Only been back 3 times. I don't miss anything. I feel more comfortable staying here at home than going back HK HOME now. One must learn to appreciate the new life here. Like go skating with kids or friends to enjoy winter life. Winter is very fun here when one go do some simple winter sports or even just walking in near by park. This country has more parks and green space than any other countries. HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE.
The best way to adapt a new life in new environment is to find a job. By working, one can learn the language and meet new friends to start a new daily social life . Plus earning a living at the same time ,stop depleting personal wealth..one may realize a new meaning in new life in a new environment and isn't that bad at all .
Well said. You have endured all the hardships that an immigrant would encounter, you are a tough guy. We all know life in Canada is not easy. If a person is not ideologically biased against China, leaving HK to a foreign country is not a good idea, that's what I always tell my friends in HK.
@@garyng9677 If people don't have enough money to bring with them to Canada, they must be prepared to suffer a lot of difficulties, I had seen many such cases before. But if I have 40 to 50 millions HKD (7 to 8 millions CDN), I would enjoy the money in HK rather than bring it to Canada, frankly speaking.
@@garyng9677 Agreed. The size of the money is not the point, the most important point is where you live. The Great Bay Area has a lower cost of living (compared with HK), where many HKers retire.

you should spend more effort to promote your channel ;) my first time see this video. hmm good video + informative anyway. I came here when I was freshly grad, no money at all. hee hee
