还有个更正,美国的联邦政府不是“中央政府”。A central government is the government that is a controlling power over a unitary state. 美国澳洲加拿大印度德国瑞士等,的联邦政府是federal goverment。这不是咬文嚼字,最最基本的政治常识都搞错实在不应该。
Let me enlighten you on why China cannot split: About two to three thousand years ago, around 700 BC, China fragmented into dozens of states that fought each other for nearly 700 years. Eventually, only seven powerful states remained: Qi, Chu, Yan, Han, Zhao, Wei, and Qin. At that time, these states all aspired to unify China, but they lacked a sense of national identity. The people identified themselves by their state, such as Qin people, Chu people, and Yan people, rather than seeing themselves as part of the same group. Later, the Qin state achieved unification, but the Chu people and people from other states did not accept it and immediately rebelled, leading to the split of the Qin Dynasty after just over ten years of existence. To illustrate, if Napoleon had truly ruled over Europe, how long could he have maintained control? Would people of various countries identify with being ruled by France? How long did the Mongol Empire last? Why did it eventually split? Ultimately, it comes down to a sense of national identity. Continuing with the story of the Qin Dynasty's split, the Qin Dynasty was defeated by Liu Bang and Xiang Yu, both from the Chu state. Liu Bang achieved unification but wisely avoided using the sensitive title of "Chu." Instead, he adopted the title of "Han," establishing the Han Dynasty, which lasted for 400 years. During these 400 years, the Han Dynasty promoted a sense of national identity. Before the Han Dynasty, people identified themselves by their state, but during and after the Han Dynasty, they identified themselves as "Han people" or by their geographic location rather than by their state. For example, individuals were known as "Zhao Zilong of Changshan" or "Taishi Ci of Donglai." After the 400-year rule of the Han Dynasty, China experienced more than 20 dynasties, each of which, regardless of who overthrew whom, emphasized their legitimacy as the rulers of China. No region denied its Chinese identity. Therefore, fundamentally, China is different from federal systems like the United States and the Soviet Union. If you are intelligent enough, you should be able to understand this distinction.
