杏仁酥餅或焦糖酥餅呢?
材料
冷凍酥餅一張 (約28x20cm)
糖霜液:
糖粉 80g
蛋白 15g
檸檬汁 1小匙
杏仁碎角(或片) 100g
焦糖液:
砂糖 60g
水 1大匙
鮮奶油 60g
沾刀子用的麵粉 少許
⚠️若將酥皮折半重疊
以上材料就減半。

Ingredients
One frozen puff pastry sheet (about 28x20cm)
frosting liquid:
80g powdered sugar
egg white 15g
1 tsp lemon juice
100g chopped almonds (or slices)
Caramel Liquid:
Sugar 60g
1 tbsp water
60g fresh cream
A little flour for dipping the knife
⚠️If the puff pastry sheet is folded in half and overlapped
The above materials are halved.
