Thank you brother for the wonderful explanation :) 1) I can suggest to buy 1 lot of 320 CE because his view is about to move 3% or 4%, in this case, even if the stock price moves 4% then the stock price value would be Rs.333, but if Ravi want to make profit, at least the stock should move above Rs. 340, so he would face loss and too 5X. My answer depends on few factors... 1. enni days undi expiry ki..If more days I will prefer out of the money so time untundi kabatti thakva money tho ekkuva shares konkovachu..if few days to expiry risk ekkuva kabatti I will prefer at the money...Either less loss little profit we can get...risk thagtndi... First of all, Thanks for sharing your wonderful knowledge bro.... coming to your questions, 1st question answer: For the stock trading at 320, it has to raise more than 6+% to reach 340+ (+ is to account for premium in target). if he believes stock raises but not this much, he must buy one quantity of 320CE option rather than 5 quantities of 340CE options 2nd question answer: stock price 600. So all strike prices less than that stock price are ITM. So 580CE is ITM. Similarly all put options above that stock price are ITM. So 760PE is ITM. and 900CE this can be just OTM for some people (aggressive traders) and de......ep OTM for some people (conservative traders) Y cant you add subtitles and let it viewed by other state people also, so that your reach will be more and Daytrader family also grows. Bro i feel very happy after saw this video before that i had so difficult to under stand this options now i am full confident this topic tnq for ur channel. 1)Call option 320CE refered which is at ATM than 340CE Which is OTM. as a Buyer call option buys at INM at confidence high and ATM normal view of growth call expect. Buyer not preferred to buy call option OTM. As a seller have full confidence on one direction then Sell option at INM. Have low confidence sell option at ATM. In normal view sell option at OTM. No view then sell option at deep OTP. 2) stock price 600/- 600CE/PE is ATM 580PE is INM 760PE is INM 900CE is OTM (deep) Hole hearted thanks to both of you brothers
