Too many people like to diss Fzero gx soundtrack in favor of the og and X. However, i think this is on par with those legends.

What's funny is that I've always been a heavy metal guy, so you'd think I would prefer X's OST... but for me, it's GX all day. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard. It's absolutely perfect for the sense of speed in the game and then sometimes, out of nowhere, it hits you with a track that relaxes you like the character profile screen theme.

The name of the track is a reference to the usual shape of Port Town tracks, with tight, snake-like curves.

Aero Dive continued that pattern

Possibly. But I'd rather think it's because Port Town is a shipping city, thus it's name. And whenever it comes to transportation congestion, ship drivers need to be able to skillfully weave in and out of traffic... like a snake.

Could the name of the song be refering to the most advanced technique in the game that we call "snaking"? Cause the game doesnt teach you that, i discovered it through faqs.

It’s a reference to how the bass sounds like a snake hissing

This is very nice, but I still like the OG Port Towns better. Both the original SNES one and Crazy Call At Cry. This one is a little too repetitive for me lol.
