For english speakers here the summary in english: Basically he's saying that it been a long time he revisited Chinatown(its a friday) and he's just giving us a tour and is saying how the food is cheap and how this place have alot of people and have clothings too, alot of people are finding jobs and mostly it's just spanish/Hispanic people, alot of shops has been closed down sadly... like for example my favorite fish ball shop has closed down probably because they're to rich.
