I never really believed in Michael success in F1. I knew from the start he won't stay more than 1 season. Simply out of place, the F1 is too different form Cart for him to adapt

Definitely not as a driver, but he's now putting the Andretti F1 team together as co-owner with his father Mario. They were just granted entry via the FIA but the current 10 teams said no to Andretti for entering F1 for the time being.

He was never fast/good enough. Too broke to play as a team owner.

@@ronbelanger4113 "Too broke"? REALLY!!!!! Michael and Mario are rich enough to have 3 full time IndyCar teams and have a Formula 1 team they are building in Silverstone. They are still trying to get in for the 2026 season (when the new rules and regulations for the aero and engine package take effect), with the F1 Management Group facing a potential anti-competitiveness lawsuit by the U.S. government. The FIA and F1 Management Group ALL have to agree on the adding teams issue, you can't have two different agendas.

2:16 That's a very frightening crash I can not believe he got out unharmed considering the lack of safety these F1 cars had back in the day. Setting all that aside Michael did not have the ability as a driver maybe just maybe he'll have the ability as part owner of the Andretti team that's still waiting for approval by the FIA but already hired technicians from the former Renault full on works team.

Nah it's a wrap nobody wants Michael it's going to be Cadillac w Mario in the background

@@o0oStillWeRiseo0o But Why did the FIA say yes and F1 Management Group say no when it was Michael on the forefront but changed their mind when Michael stepped down and let GM via Cadillac be on the forefront.

As a driver. But not as a team owner. He's trying to get Andretti in F1 as a brand new entry, but F1 Management Group said no and are facing a potential lawsuit.

@@zanemarte9877 Thats because I think F1 don't want America to be involved with F1..But if it was a Euro top driver thats good for EU then thats a difference story.
@zanemarte98775 ай бұрын
@@john2ndname The problem is that the FIA said yes, but the F1 Management Group said no. Two different entities can't have two different opinions on letting more teams in F1. It's either yes by both or no by both. You can't have a yes and a no situation.

@@zanemarte9877 Ha, yank courts do not tell the world how to run their business. Andretti would be a poser, not a competitive team.

@@ronbelanger4113 Don't you see the problem here? I said "Two different entities CAN NOT have different agendas, they BOTH have to say yes or no, it can't be a yes and no situation" Plus the F1 Management Group is facing a potential anti-competitiveness lawsuit because they believe Andretti is not going to be competitve just because they are American. COME ON REALLY!!!!! That is wrong on so many levels because not only you are eliminating a competitor but you are giving everybody else an UNFAIR advantage and it's anti-sporting.
