He did crash into Leclerc, but the ocon pass was fair. Ocon locked up and he could've easily taken more of the kerb, as turn 1 is very tight

Incase you didnt notice Leclerc came from the pits... he shouldve let ben pass instead of putting his nose into the corner. Leclercs fault for not letting a car pass while they were on a hotlap and he was on outlap. Ocon also couldve just turned in earlier and go over the kerb more, no reason not to do that... it wasnt gonna be a corner cut since half the car would be on the track but i guess the AI didnt know what to do and locked up instead and hit ben's car. The pattern is: AI is not very smart. who wouldve thunk it. :)

Sergeant Supreme When you lock up it’s harder to turn the car so Ocon wouldn’t have been able to take more kerb. Also looking at all the AI taking that corner they don’t really give it a lot of kerb and looks like he kind of squeezed Ocon down toward the apex. I think it’s a bit of a racing incident

As far as upgrading your driver goes; The activities you do in the weekly section are permanent upgrades. They stay with the driver no matter what team they are with. The personnel facility gives bonus upgrades to the driver but only if they are with your team. If they go to another team those upgrades no longer apply.

I was fighting for like p6/p7 and guy was winning without problem from a pole every race in a car that was slower than merc which had ham and bot and red bull with verstappen

Well, let's have a bit of an analysis here: Driving wise, it seems like you were never actually able to maintain control of the car, a ton of slip ups occurred, and potentially cost P6 Livery wise... Gotta be honest with you man, I don't like it. The purple and orange clashes a bit too much. I get what you were trying to do, maybe: Blend in the first livery with the new one, but the two colours don't mix imo. I'd suggest that you either do purple and white or purple and black. On a side note, make sure purple is the primary paint colour, because I noticed black was the one appearing next to your name in the HUD.

I think that bug happens when you change your starting compound from the default strategy. You can see the game initially put him on mediums on the grid, and if you switch before the start it'll be shown in the race director as if you had actually run both.

TIP FOR COMPARING DRIVERS: Go to the contract screen for your 2nd driver, the OVR they have in the contract is their OVR with your team (this takes into account your Facilities and Training). Now go to the driver market and check the CURRENT OVR for the other drivers, you need to do some math take the driver OVR with the boosts included (these are the numbers in green) add those to the actual OVR and divide by the number of categories this will give you the REAL OVR of each driver compared to the OVR your driver has on their contract. I'm in season 3 the F2 drivers can't compete with F1 drivers no matter how much you put into your Personnel facilities and activites - because they have to catch up to the F1 drivers REAL OVR. For example: Hamilton, Vettel and Ricciardo's OVRs when they get the stats boosts are 99 OVR.

Show the R&D tree and upgrades directly after the race Ben, not before the race...therefore its easier to follow, for example: you upgrade some parts at the end of the video (this one, Australia) and at the start of the next one (Bahrain I believe), we would already see the upgraded or failed parts before the race, just a suggestion :)
