Next race: start with max fuel load, put on hard compounds in Q3 (weather permitting) and drive the entire race on those hard compounds, with one final flying lap on softs (so comming in on the pinultimate lap) to set the track record. That is my challenge for you!

Technically, worn intermediate tires on a drying track are no a bad option. as they wear, they become very soft and in the Bridgestone era, it was not uncommon for drivers to stay on them for a long long time - see China 2005, Britain 2008...
