Strategy fact: in that chicane you can be in 5th maybe 6th gear if your good but in the second one be at 3rd or 4rd gear and if you have tc off like you should for realism be at 4th gear for the first corner then 3rd gear at the second corner and use up as much of the track without damaging your sides from the speed bumps and have ers on so you can take off quicker to catch up if your fighting for 10th or 5th or 3rd or 1st if your not fighting for those positions save your tires For the next chicane do the same but be at 2nd gear for the second corner

As for if this is a legal overtake or not: It doesn't help that passing arrows are off so I can't tell if you are significantly alongside or ahead of at the apex, however, you do violate track limits, so I am going to call this overtake questionable at best.
