@@845_Mk6 Right it has everything, except reliable AI, car progression, team progression, cinematics, driver moves, global leaderboards, pick-up-and-play multiplayer, proper pits / pit stops, team radio, three-part qualifying, differing car performances, differing engine performances, and a few other things you probably don't care about. Seriously, if you care more about having a slightly more realistic nose than all of those features you don't really care about F1 lmao Edit: Oh! And who could forget about either NO DRS zones or the entire track is a DRS zone depending on the track developer! So realistic! Also, have fun managing your ERS and recovery modes without a race engineer.

The FIA changed the rules back in 2019 so you couldn't pass before the start/finish line on a restart, and that rule was enforced properly in F1 2019 and 2020 but I guess they forgot to put it in this game

There are safety car rule issues that will be patched soon. There are no unlapping rules with the safety car, so if you pit and get overtaking by the race leader you can go from 12th to lapped. You can overtake in areas where you aren’t supposed to, etc.

I don’t get why everyone says they can “hear” the electronic whirl from the engines... it’s clearly the turbo spinning, FIA Cleary moved the mics towards the turbo from 2020 onwards. You would clearly not hear the electronic whirl irl... yes, the mug-h spins the Turbo but you would not hear the electronic sound of that. Mug-h removes turbo lag, and therefore you hear the turbo rpm so clearly and sharply

You can hear the spooling of the turbo upon acceleration and deceleration - that clear turbine/spin sound that is always audible with any forced induction method. Not saying you are wrong but I don’t know... the only other option IMO would be the MGU-K spinning the crankshaft?

I’ve been playing this for a week now, and it’s more difficult. The ai is more aggressive, actually defends, dive bombs come at the start every few races, the car is more difficult to hold on to, chicanes are more deadly. AI actually will have tire wear troubles, and make mistakes, and engine failures can happen to the player. However, Bahrain for whatever reason is a track the AI is extremely weak at, its not too big of an issue at other tracks.

First race with a new team and you are not even last and off the pace - just scoring easy points just doing a 1 stop :D, and even your teammate was nearly as quick as you... You just need to score 5 Points in first season for the sponsor bonus....after season 3 I guess you will dominate everyone once again. Also the Braking Point story mode is a joke with no flexibility...
