F1 22 Miami Grand Prix Gameplay: BE A HANDSOME MILLIONAIRE RACING DRIVER | Formula One 2022

F1 22 is the new Formula One game for 2022 and though it won't be released until July, Mike and Luke have had a sneaky joyride around the brand new Miami Grand Prix circuit, set around the Hard Rock stadium. Jump in for thoughts on: the new Miami track, the appeal of the F1 game, the new formation lap and pit procedure, roleplaying as a handsome multi-millionaire racing star, and at least one absolutely banging overtake on Mick Schumacher.
F1 22 comes out on release date 1 July 2022. This F1 22 gameplay was captured on PC in a preview version of the game.

Luke’s comments on the difficulty remind me of the Dirt series where you can set the difficulty to anything from all you need to do is hold down the accelerator to win to putting all the weight of a front wheel drive car over the rear wheels just for the added challenge

The only Formula One game I have much experience with was F-1 World Grand Prix on the Nintendo 64. Much fun but I played a lot more of Rogue Squadron on the old 64. My brother found the cheat codes to unlock the Silver car and the Golden car which made life very easy. Probably missed a bunch of the features in that game due to our age at the time though

Really do love the OXBox crew, but recently it feels like such little output is happening. In the last 12 days or so, only 2hrs of youtube uploads, one oxventure in about six months, show of the weekend is literally the same format (drawing or pokemon magazine) every week. Again, love the OXBox crew but their older vids show much more creativity. Just an opinion.

You're totally entitled to your opinion, I respect that. Please also keep in mind that oxbox is run by human beings. Recently Ellen just got over having covid, which honestly sounded awful (check her personal KZbin channel to see her covid experiences), Luke got the flu, Mike and Luke are parents to young kids, streaming for things like Ellen's Soul's Academy wasn't working due to technical issues which isn't in their control, plus editing videos takes a lot of work, so does recording the podcast. In addition to that, they're running the discord, plus getting footage for future list videos, all the while they have to balance their own self-care and take breaks away so that they don't burn out. I think they work extremely hard to bring us content and I'm grateful for what they share. I see them as human beings above seeing them as content creators. That's just my opinion.
