Because car is faster with less fuel and especially in the wet he can gain fuel back to come to 0, if you understand. In the dry you have to put more fuel in the car than in wet

The hate this game is a bit harsh. Ea/Codies have done a great job, but there are obviously gonna be glitches & bugs. It’s most likely gonna get patched out so chill a bit. thing is, we shouldnt pay big buck just to have an unfinished game handed to us that we've been wanting to play since they've announced it, and then patched another 100 times over the few months. this is happening in so many games these days, that it is not accidental. they release it to cash in early, then fix it over time. name me one recent triple a game that has come out that didnt have any bug that wasn't either game-breaking or immersion ruining. it's like they or the testers dont even play the game. otherwise, how would flops like cyberpunk get released? i know its getting better, but thats after we paid ~$80-100 to get the game and go through months of patches.
