This game is so fricking broken. Does Codemasters really think their AI and handling is ok, if the fastest race lap beats the quali lap of Leclerc by half a second? Or their wet quali times, that are somehow on paar with the actual dry race times.

the cars are always too fast every single year though, even in last years game you could expect the AI and the player to be at least a second faster than what we'd seen in real life or at tracks like the redbull ring where the AI were doing sub one minute laps in quali and the player somewhere around a 1:00 flat if not a high 0:59... imo it wouldn't be a problem if the cars didn't drive like shit and understeer to snap oversteer everywhere as well as disadvantaging the player by having the AI have an insane straightline advantage. guess it's official, we're at the end of the Codemasters F1 timeline & the EA buyout has only served to speed that up.

Ben, the reason you keep losing it on that curb is that your car is bottoming out there. It shouldn't but the game believes you are so solution is to either raise the ride height or stay off of them.

Me and my friends used online championships and i was always slightly quicker so id sandbag myself in a worse car, the one time i picked Aston Martin and i never will again i had exactly the same problems at exactly the same track, it just doesn’t like aggressive driving

You might have to lower the difficulty. I was 7 tenths off of my teammate Dan Ticktum after the patch despite running the same difficulty that had seen me consistently quicker than him before it. Dropping the difficulty by 10 for the race made me more on the pace

His skill level has been dipping with each game... he used to be winning league races but now he wouldn't even finish in the top 10 in them, that's how bad he's become (not that's he's a bad player overall, but nowhere near as good as he was in years gone by. I watch Jarno a lot more now as he drives with crazy amounts of skill)
