Jealous. Any insight on how to get the scroll lock to flash on each key stroke? Been trying to look up how to do it with QMK but its over my head

this is what i used: bool process_record_user(uint16_t keycode, keyrecord_t *record) { if (record->event.pressed) { writePin(PIN_NAME, 0); } else { writePin(PIN_NAME, 1); } return true; } const uint16_t PROGMEM keymaps[][MATRIX_ROWS][MATRIX_COLS] = { you'd have to replace "PIN_NAME" with the corresponding pin for scroll lock on your pcb. visit your pcb github repo to find it.

also this only works works for 2 pin soldered LEDs and not the regular smd leds that come with most pcbs nowadays

Do you know if it’s possible to write something similar for say a kbd75rgb pcb?

how much is this build!? this is the exact sound I want
@merl1nnnn Жыл бұрын
$560 overall without factoring shipping+taxes. I'm not too sure about 722 aftermarket prices since I bought mine during the unlimited GB held in Fall 2022. The build also uses SP-Star Meteor White V2s which are comparatively muted vs the current V3s that are available for purchase.

@@merl1nnnn idk how to build a mech keyboard… do you know if this type of sound is achievable with 500?
@merl1nnnn Жыл бұрын
@@falconcheng5672a similar sound is definitely achievable with $500, find a board with a similar mounting style(gummy o-ring, gasket, etc). There are tons of videos available that explain what you need in order to build your own mechanical keyboard. I would also say that recordings are not 1:1 with IRL and that your mileage may vary. That being said, there are some real cheap bangers to be had for
