Right this is getting out of hand now so let’s clear this up with some common sense (I’ve had Fabio’s back on multiple occasions in recent races): - Fabio & ElRey BOTH received quali bans for poor driving standards from Miami. Not going to debate about whether it’s fair or not, that part isn’t relevant rn - ElRey seemingly accepted the quali ban, while Fabio didn’t and leaked private DMs leading to unfair and dumb comments from fanboys towards individuals - Fabio’s quali ban then escalated to a race ban as a result, on the basis of “inciting hatred” This video does not explain this at all which is why understandably there are a lot of crying comments about matty/ElRey. It’s unacceptable to react that way in any situation, let’s just keep it on the race track…

We already talked in private but yea, the quali ban was more than justified and I accepted it, the only thing I didnt accept was the race ban because of a simple screenshot, inciting hate was never on my cards and really didnt need to be escalated to this extent

@GB68 @inphratic As much as I love Creator Series, this is just horrific. Of course i don’t know what happened with these screenshot stuff, but someone should make a full investigation into what happened. From what I can tell from many streams, ElRey did seem to want to continuously crash into Fabio, especially during the sprint. When we turn to the race, the one error that I can visibly notice is (just before he gets the 6 sec penalty) he did not leave enough space for whoever that was. Personally, I don’t think that this is even deserving of a quali ban, but of course, I don’t have all the footage to do a report myself (someone who does have the footage should do a full report) and I don’t know what happened with the DMs. In the end, a lot of things should have gone differently.

It’s hard to keep it on the race track when creator series clearly shows favoritism to certain drivers not receiving bans when they should and not being penalized when they should , you set a bad precedent when you allow others to shit on the league , GB your usually the most fair/clear headed on these topics but this time you fucked up terribly

Going straight and not turning in to avoid contact is a very normal thing to do when a car divebombs you, it’s unfortunate for Kirbz cause there’s nothing you or he could have done, I get it’s the last lap of a sprint race and the urge to go for a move is there but elrey is out of order there, drivers need to have some self control in situations like this imo, i don’t watch every creator series race so I’m not sure about past beef here or about who got bans for what but yeah that’s my opinion anyway

It’s unfortunate that most sim racers who participate in league racing watches this series and looks up to some of these guys, and to see this behaviour on and off the track isn’t leading by example and is giving sim racing a bad name. I understand it’s for fun but most people don’t wanna be crashed into and want clean and fair racing. I would think about cleaning up the driving standards in the cs as it’s not fun to watch an open lobby race between streamers.
