It'd be really interesting to compare it to the Wartburg 353 which in itself is a crime against aerodynamics compared to the Trabant or some other cars of the eastern bloc like the Škoda or Tatra.

Du hast ein deutsches Kennzeichen, also erlaube ich mir auch deutsch zu kommentieren. Der 601 wurde entgegen deiner Behauptung im Windkanal getestet. Und ja man hat so einige Ecken dabei entdeckt, die man besser machen könnte. Da der 601 aber nur als Übergangsmodell gedacht war, hat man auf eine Optimierung verzichtet. Dein Kühlergrill mit den 2,5 Öffnungen ist auch ein besonderer. So in der Art wurde der nicht lange verbaut. Für die Kühlung hat die Öffnung aber wenig Bedeutung. Da ist die Wirkung des Gebläses wesentlich ausschlag gebend. So ich hab genug "klug daher geredet". Ich finde dein Video trotzdem genial. Kompliment für den Mut der Umsetzung.

A steep windshield lets the snow fall off easier in the morning time, therefore I will serve more effectively today. I was looking for the propeller when this started in case it was amphibious lol

In a way aero isn't that important as these things aren't fast enough for it to matter that much. I'd like to see aero on NSU Prinz4 and 1200 sedans. Those were very boxy looking, but were faster than you'd think for a box.
